What do you love about recruiting?
I like helping people getting a job, a job that they like, and a job they are a fit for. Candidates can expect quality, down-to-earth communication and an enjoyable, organized job-search and placement experience. I’m simple to work with and bring quality and care to the job.
What are you passionate about?
I am passionate about family, fishing, and fitness. I enjoy exercising
and being healthy. Fishing is my passion outside of work, family and exercise. The hunt for muskies really fuels my fishing obsession. Family is my number one and I am lucky enough to have a loving wife and two lovely daughters. With all of these in mind recruiting has been and continues to be a great career for me to support my family and spend time with them!
What do you think is unique about Seine in terms of how we work with candidates and clients?
Quality process, sense of humor, kindness, care, and depth of knowledge and experience across industries, skills, and roles. Finally, we are truly unique as a family company and these family values help us stick together and create personal bonds with our candidates, our clients, and our team.
What did you do before Seine?
I have been a personal trainer, worked construction, on a farm, and as a salesman at Vitamin Shoppe. I was a professional Rugby player and professional fisherman on fishing charters in the summers in Boston.
I went to college at Colorado State University and earned a bachelor’s of science degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. While playing rugby there, I earned first-team all-conference 2013-2015, was rated one of the top 100 collegiate players in 2015, and was an under-20 All American in 2013.

As much desire as I have for the result of my favorite activity – catching the monster – the effort and experience matter the most to me. Another favorite is “the smile of a daughter is the secret purpose of every father.”
Favorite movie, TV show, song, band, play, musical, book, sports team, etc.
I like the Detroit Lions because my dad and I would watch them together growing up. Even though I’m from Colorado, his love for Detroit sports made me gradually love them too. I named my dog Calvin after Calvin Johnson, one of the best wide receivers the Lions have ever had.
